About Milky Way Home Stay

Milky Way Homestay is a great option if you want to explore Hanle. You can book your stay for one or two days or a week if you are staying at the place.

It's 275 km from Leh, and the views are breathtaking. Though the rooms are a tad affordable, you will need to make a pre-booking.

You can choose from single-bed or double-bed occupancy, depending on your travel plan. There is also an option of a triple bed if you travel with your kids. Single-bed occupancy may be cheaper compared to double-bed occupancy.

You can expect all the basic facilities and amenities in the room, including hot water. If you visit during the winter season, hot water will give you respite. Moreover, the homestay option also offers free breakfast and meal options with free tea.

You can visit the nearby monastery when you stay at the place. Meditating in the monastery will let you experience complete peace of mind.

Also, you can visit the Hanle observatory nearby, which is also the second-highest observatory in the world. You will get the best views from the place, especially at night time.

Child Policy:

• Children below 5 years complimentary with parents
• Children between 6-12 years will be charged 30% of total package cost.
• Extra Person above 12 Year will be count as adult and 40% of total room cost will charge extra.

Terms and Conditions

• If cancelled before 15 days of Arrival, no retention will be charged. 
• If cancelled before 7 days of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged, if cancelled later or in case of no show , the total price of the reservation will be charged.
